Molasses: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Bread Flour: 2 2/3 cups (640 ml)
Whole Wheat Flour: 1 cup (240 ml)
Rye Flour: 2/3 cup (160 ml)
Corn Meal: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Gluten Flour: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Carob Powder2: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Powdered Buttermilk: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Caraway Seeds: 1 1/2 Tbs (22.5 ml)
Dried Dill Weed: 2 tsp (10 ml)
Salt: 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml)
Yeast: 2 tsp (10 ml)

Basic, Wheat Setting on Zojirushi Bread Machine.
This bread is good for sandwiches.
This recipe yields about a 2 lb. loaf.
