Liquid Lecithin2: 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
Bread Flour: 1 1/2 cups (360 ml)
Whole Wheat Flour: 1 cup (240 ml)
Rye Flour: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Gluten Flour: 1 Tbs (15 ml)
Powdered Buttermilk: 3 Tbs (45 ml)
Chopped Walnuts3: 1/3 cup (80 ml)
Salt: 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml)
Yeast: 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml)
Chopped Dates4: 1/3 cup (80 ml)

Sweet Bread, Regular Crust Setting on Bread Machine
This bread is good with breakfast when toasted.
This recipe yields about a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
1Canolive oil can be substituted.
